We are currently working with a Non-Profit organization that is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Fundraising Director to join their team and play a vital role in supporting their Education reform mission.

As a Fundraiser, you will create and implement fundraising strategies that help achieve their goals and drive impact in the community.

Fundraising Director Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage fundraising campaigns to secure financial support from individuals, corporations, and foundations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and volunteers.
• Coordinate fundraising events, including planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with the communications team to create compelling marketing and outreach materials.
• Monitor and evaluate fundraising efforts to track success and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Manage donor databases and ensure timely acknowledgment of contributions.

Fundraising Director Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fundraising, development, or similar roles in the non-profit sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Experience with event planning and execution.
• Passion for Education Reform and a commitment to making a positive impact.
• Knowledge of fundraising software and donor management tools (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
