Actuary - Pricing & State Management
Job Overview: Join our team as an Actuary and oversee rate levels, pricing plans, and strategies for Auto and Home lines. Foster cross-functional collaboration and achieve profit and growth targets for multiple states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate state rate levels and provide pricing plan recommendations.
- Develop proposals to meet growth and profitability objectives.
- Monitor market and legislative developments.
- Attain premium, profit, and growth targets.
- Collaborate on state strategies and special initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in applied mathematics, statistics, or related field preferred.
- Experience in State Management or actuarial pricing.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of personal lines insurance.
