Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills:
- Investment Banking Acumen: You will need a solid understanding of finance principles relevant to investment banking.
- Mergers & Acquisitions Expertise (M&A): Experience with or knowledge related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances would be beneficial as it forms the core focus area.
- German Language Proficiency: As we're based in Germany's leading financial hub - fluency or strong command over German language skills is crucial
