Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service by responding to client questions, following up on service requests, and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Personal Lines Account Manager and other team members to ensure efficient work flow and exceptional client service.
- Client Support: Assist the Personal Lines Account Manager in managing client relationships by providing timely and effective responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication.
