Job Summary:

Our client is a leader in delivering exceptional audit and advisory services, known for innovation, excellence and a rapidly expanding network. We're seeking a dynamic German speaking Audit Manager focusing in Private Equity with different levels of seniority to join their vibrant team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of audit professionals, fostering growth and success.
- Supervise and organize different audit engagements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and offering proactive solutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Implement and enforce quality control processes to uphold audit excellence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align audit services with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, staying updated on industry trends.
For successfully applying to this role you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in external auditing possibly with a focus on the Private Equity sector.
- Strong knowledge of audit standards, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and report writing skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
