Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hedge fund clients, acting as their primary point of contact and addressing their needs.
- Capital Introduction: Coordinate and execute capital introduction programs and events, including investor roadshows, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Investor Due Diligence: Research and conduct due diligence on potential investors to understand their investment preferences, strategies, and requirements.
- Marketing Materials: Collaborate with internal teams to create and update marketing materials such as pitch books, fund profiles, and presentations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyse data related to capital introduction efforts, investor feedback, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations.
- Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams, including sales, operations, and legal, to ensure smooth on boarding of new clients and address any client-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; relevant work experience in capital introduction, prime services, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, hedge funds, and alternative investments; familiarity with prime brokerage and capital introduction services is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and build long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in data analysis, financial modelling, and report generation; strong attention to detail and ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines; effective time management and organisational skills are crucial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; willingness to support team members and contribute to the overall success of the department.
