Senior candidate to lead capital-raising efforts for real estate. They will drive fundraising strategies, build relationships with institutional investors across UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies for real estate funds.
- Engage with institutional investors and HNWI across Europe.
- Identify new opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth in real estate.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in real estate fundraising. Established relationships within the UK and EU investors.
- Proven track record in raising capital for private credit or alternative investments.
- Strong understanding of real estate strategies and investment structures.
