Position: CMBS Underwriter/Trader

Overview:
A prestigious hedge fund with over $5 billion in AUM in NYC is looking for someone to join their CMBS investment team. In this role, you will be a part of a growing team, working on all aspects of the underwriting and trading of public real estate securities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed underwriting and credit analysis of CMBS loans
- Perform market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the CMBS market
- Assist with the trading of public CMBS loans
Qualifications:
- 2-7 years of experience in CMBS/CRE underwriting, trading, or related field
- Experience working for a major loan servicer or rating agency is a plus
