Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager that will join their Commercial Lines Department to bridge the gap between clients and insurance carriers. Account Managers will ensure clear communication, understanding, and timely, accurate work while focusing on delivering exceptional service and advisory support to both new and existing clients.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee policy renewals, changes, proofs of insurance, contract reviews, and client onboarding.
- Handle client coverage renewals, from data collection to binding coverage and address all client requests promptly and professionally.
- Prepare detailed marketing submissions and collaborate with the marketing department.
- Identify opportunities to educate clients and offer enhanced coverage recommendations.
- Adhere to agency-established client service standards, follow all processes and procedures, and follow agency E&O guidelines.
- Independently manage routine client servicing.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention goals.
- Provide clear responses to coverage or billing questions.
- Accompany producers on client visits as needed.
- Participate in educational programs and maintain professional designations.
Qualifications & Education
- Valid NJ Property/Casualty/Life/Health Licenses (as applicable)
- 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent customer service mindset and skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of insurance company rating systems (ex. Applied Systems Epic)
