Job Title: Commercial Lines Supervisor
Location: Woburn, MA (On-Site)

Job Purpose: Manage and oversee Account Managers specializing in Commercial Lines insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and develop staff.
- Manage assigned commercial lines functions.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide guidance.
- Develop and review job descriptions and department procedures.
- Hold regular meetings to ensure goals are met.
- Optimize agency systems and work flows.
- Maintain effective communication with the leadership team.
- Handle projects and additional duties as assigned.
- Provide management reports to senior management.
- Ensure quality of work produced by direct reports.
Requirements:
- Eight+ years of insurance experience or equivalent.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- College degree or comparable work experience required.
- Professional designation or related industry courses desired.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead staff.
