We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements, including AIFM and UCITS regulations.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and ensure the company's policies and procedures are updated accordingly.
- Advise senior management and staff on compliance-related matters and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring programs and conduct regular compliance assessments.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings as required.
- Manage and oversee the annual compliance review process.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks within the organization.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the fund's operations adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and maintain a risk register.
- Compliance training programs for staff to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
- Ensure that all employees are aware of their compliance obligations and responsibilities.
- Provide compliance support to fund managers and ensure that all fund activities are in line with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of AIFM and UCITS regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and fund operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in German is a must; English is highly desirable.
- A degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA) are a plus.
