Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 support for numerous critical data pipelines.
- Handle daily operations such as data validation, entry, cleaning, security audits, and reporting.
- Manage incidents, including user communication and reporting to management.
- Develop tools, documentation, and processes to aid daily operations and support.
- Support complex permission and entitlement operations across various systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in a client-facing support or operations role.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments, both on-premises and in AWS.
- Experience with SQL Server and Python.
- Financial industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for process.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
