These leadership positions are ideal for individuals with a deep understanding of either Massachusetts Auto Insurance or Homeowners Insurance (or similar large-state markets). The ideal candidates will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional management skills, and significant product management expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product management strategy for Massachusetts Auto Insurance or Homeowners Insurance, ensuring strong market positioning and competitive advantage.
- Oversee the development and implementation of product offerings, including rate segmentation for both renewal and new business.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through implementation, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, pricing, marketing, and claims to deliver product solutions that meet business and customer needs.
- Manage and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic oversight for state management, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company goals.

Qualifications:
