Title: Director of Product Marketing
Compensation: $175,000 - $205,000
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction for our product marketing function
- Collaborates with Product, Revenue, and Engineering team to produce product artifacts and campaigns
- Create content that educates customers and positions the company in the forefront of the credit space
- Produce resources that aid our sales team in securing deals, such as sales presentations, individual page documents, proposal files, use scenarios, case analyses, email drafts, and other instructive content
- Establish a sturdy structure for retaining and disseminating product messaging and resources
- Use both internal and external product inputs (through client reviews, user studies, go-to-market market assessment, etc.) to constantly enhance the product knowledge, application, and growth options of customers
- Develop a detailed understanding of our client's requirements, identifying their key issues, and acting as their representative in all marketing materials and promotions
- Manage product roll-outs and key marketing initiatives
- Regularly evaluate the efficacy of materials and use these findings to improve. Leverage internal and external product feedback (via customer feedback, user research, GTM market analysis, etc.) to continuously drive customers' product competency, usage, and expansion opportunities
- Understand our customers' needs at a granular level, unearthing the most critical pain points, and be their voice throughout all marketing artifacts and campaigns
- Lead product launches and strategic marketing efforts
- Routinely measure the success of artifacts and leverage insights to influence future GTM roadmaps
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of B2B or B2B2C product marketing experience,
- Track record of working cross-functionally with senior leaders
- Experience leading and building product marketing teams
- Understands and is passionate about cash underwriting, data, banking, payments and is familiar with consumer credit, alternative data, and fintech
- Can translate a technical product into a compelling narrative to the customer
- Experience working in a start-up
