Who My Client is Looking For
Junior-Level Traders
- 1-2+ years of experience in equity trading (prop, buy-side, sell-side, or independent)
- Strong understanding of market structure, price action, and technical analysis
- Highly disciplined with a data-driven approach to trading and risk management
Senior-Level Traders
- 3-5+ years of profitable intraday equity trading experience
- Proven PnL track record with solid risk-adjusted returns
- Strong understanding of market microstructure, liquidity dynamics, and trade execution
- Experience trading with firm or proprietary capital is a plus
