Title: Business Development Agent - Investment Management
Introduction:
We are looking for highly motivated and experienced business development agents to join a specialized equity management firm based in Spain. Our client manages funds in Luxembourg with assets under management of โฌ300 million, primarily focused on fund and portfolio management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing new business relationships through various channels
- Building long-term partnerships with clients by providing excellent service
- Meeting sales targets set by the company
Qualifications & Skills:
Business Development Experience:
Candidates must have prior experience working as a buyside team member or within investor relations at an asset/hedge fund. Candidates should be able to demonstrate their ability to develop successful strategies for generating leads while maintaining existing accounts.
Self-driven Professionals:
Our ideal candidates will be self-motivated professionals who work independently without direct supervision. The role requires individuals that can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
Excellent Communication skills:
Strong communication skills both written and verbal is essential since this position involves extensive interaction between internal teams, stakeholders, potential partners/clients etc.
Remuneration Package Details :
The remuneration package comprises entirely of variable pay which means 50% net commission from all revenue generated via your personal network/customer base/portfolio i.e., no fixed salary component exists.
