Role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with FIs and SOEs in the region.
- Provide clients with market insights, trading strategies, and risk management solutions in FX and rates.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including trading, research, and risk management, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Monitor market trends and developments to provide timely and relevant advice to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in FX and rates sales, with a focus on FIs and SOEs.
- Strong understanding of the FX and rates markets, including products, trading strategies, and risk management.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
