Title: Head of Corporate Credit Risk Controls
Location: New York City, NY
Comp: $250-400k BASE + Bonus
Overview:
An International Investment Bank is looking to bring on a new Head of Corporate Credit Risk Controls. This individual will have full enterprise-level risk ownership of their Strategic Credit Division, covering Leveraged Finance, Lender Finance, Asset-Backed Lending and Private Credit. This individual will be tasked with creating and implementing risk control processes for the credit division, and spearheading the development of the division's enterprise level risk framework.
Responsibilities:
- Manage team responsible for Enterprise Risk
- Embed team in all activities of the Strategic Credit Division in order to identify risks and facilitate new ways to monitor and manage risk
- Lead Enterprise Valuation function for Leveraged Finance and Borrowing Base revaluation decision process for Lender Finance
- Help drive positive change in operational excellence
Qualifications:
- 15-20 Years of Experience
- Strong experience in leveraged and high-yield markets
- Experience in commercial bank regulatory environments preferred
- Knowledge of banking product structures including leveraged loans, private credit, high yield, ABL and CLOs
