Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Fundraising to lead the firm's global fundraising efforts. This is a key leadership position with the potential for long-term career progression. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, managing relationships with institutional investors, and driving the firm's growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global fundraising strategy to achieve the firm's growth targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors, including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and insurance companies, with a focus on European and African markets.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to position the firm as a premier partner in real estate investment.
- Lead investor roadshows, presentations, and meetings to secure commitments.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, investor preferences, and competitive positioning within the real estate sector.
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to expand the investor network.
- Oversee the preparation of marketing materials, investor reporting, and due diligence processes.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in fundraising, capital raising, or investor relations within the real estate sector.
- Established relationships with institutional investors on a global scale, with a strong preference for networks in Europe.
- Proven track record of raising significant capital for real estate investment strategies.
- Deep knowledge of real estate asset classes, particularly residential and commercial real estate.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
