Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support deal execution and new client opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, memoranda, and pitch materials for client meetings and investor presentations.
- Perform industry research and develop insights into TMT market trends, company performance, and competitive dynamics.
- Work collaboratively with senior bankers, clients, and other stakeholders to manage transactions from inception to closing.
- Assist in due diligence and execution processes, including preparing and analyzing due diligence materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in investment banking
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present insights to clients and senior team members.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Capital IQ, Bloomberg).
