Key responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and valuation of technology companies
- Prepare detailed financial models and presentations for client engagements
- Support senior bankers in deal execution, including due diligence, negotiation, and closing processes
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and pitch books for potential clients
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients and key industry players
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on sell-side M&A transactions in the technology sector
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Based in the NYC area
