Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Investment Banking Analyst with a focus on Consumer & Retail. The successful candidate will work closely with senior bankers to provide high quality advice and service to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct industry research and analysis to assist in the creation of client presentations and marketing materials.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
- Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, financings, and other advisory services.
- Participate in client meetings and due diligence visits
Qualifications:
- A candidate with Restaurants or Food & Beverage experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, preferably in the Consumer & Retail sector.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
