Debt Advisory Associate

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Analyst or Associate to join our growing Debt Advisory practice. This position is an immediate hire. Analysts and Associates are active contributors during every phase of the deal process and are expected to assume significant responsibility on transaction teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare marketing and pitch materials to support new business origination.
Create descriptive marketing memoranda.
Develop and review three-statement financial models.
Support transaction execution.
Qualifications and Requirements:
2-5 years of credit underwriting or structuring experience, preferably in the middle market.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a rigorous, fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements, and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.
Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow as a professional.
Proven track record of exceptional performance in current role.
Strong analytical, research, quantitative, and writing skills.
Robust accounting acumen; financial modeling experience is required.
