We are partnering with a top-tier tech boutique based in San Francisco that is actively looking to add an Analyst I or II to their Tech Team. This firm works across sell side M&A and their focus spans across Softwate & Internet with minimally funded companies.
To be considered for this role, you need the following:
Qualifications:
- +1 year of Investment Banking experience
- Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc.
- Strong accounting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
