Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate to join our Technology Coverage Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting senior bankers in the execution of transactions, conducting industry research, and preparing financial analyses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions.
- Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis.
- Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Perform industry and company research to support transaction execution.
- Collaborate with senior bankers to develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
