The firm is looking to bring on Managing Directors specializing in Healthcare or Industrials with a book of business in Capital Markets and M&A. The role will involve the following:
- Drive origination across Healthcare or Industrials
- Play a key leadership role in all aspects of an M&A/Cap Raising transactions
- Mentor junior and mid-level professionals within the firm
Requirements:
- Proven track record of M&A/Cap Raising deal origination
- Sell-Side M&A/Advisory experience is required
- Meaningful and proven relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skill set
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced yet highly collaborative environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit
