Title: Investment Banking Senior Analyst
Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a Boutique Middle Market Investment Bank that provides financial strategy, consulting, and M&A services to mid-market private shareholders. They are looking to add a Senior Analyst to their Generalist team here in Baltimore, MD. This opportunity provides extensive resources to assist in your success and gain extensive M&A experience within a growing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, such as financial modeling, valuation, comparable and relative value analysis.
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
- Overseeing due diligence processes and materials
- Working closely with Managing Directors on a lean deal team to execute on M&A deals
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Investment Banking experience
- Strong M&A deal experience
- MBA or Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields
