Company Overview: Our client is a specialty investment bank that offers M&A, capital raise and advisory services. They focus on having strong industry knowledge. Their software M&A team focuses on enterprise and b2b software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day client relationship, and managing and overseeing other members of the deal team in all deal execution phases
- Managing due diligence processes and materials
- Preparing comprehensive pitchbooks, information memoranda, management presentations and marketing materials
- Supporting senior bankers in establishing relationships and maintaining direct contact with current and prospective clients
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sell-side M&A advisory and investment banking experience in the Software & Services sectors (Enterprise and/or B2B)
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Highly proficient financial analysis and modeling skills
