A leading sector focused middle-market private equity firm in Oklahoma, is looking to bring on an Investor Relations Associate to support the firm's investor relations efforts. The firm has an elite track record of being active in the market. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with raising funds and managing LP relationships
- Work closely with the investment team for smooth fundraising execution.
- Gain mentorship from senior leadership, accelerating professional growth.
- Onboard investors and manage related processes, including maintaining CRM systems, quarterly reports, responding to investor information requests (RFPs), completing due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and organizing marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Banking background wanting to transition to a more investor relation position.
- Marketing and fundraising experience (a plus).
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong client-facing skills.
