Role Overview:
A leading global investment bank is seeking a Director in FX, Rates, and Commodities Sales to focus on Italian corporates. Based in Paris, the successful candidate will drive business development, manage key client relationships, and deliver tailored financial solutions across FX, interest rates, and commodities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Cultivating and managing relationships with senior executives at major Italian corporates.
- Sales Growth: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Italian corporate sector.
- Product Expertise: Providing innovative, customised solutions in FX, interest rates, and commodities.
- Collaboration: Working closely with traders, analysts, and product specialists to deliver integrated services.
- Market Insight: Keeping clients informed of relevant market trends and regulatory changes.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensuring all transactions adhere to risk management frameworks and regulations.
- Leadership: Mentoring junior sales staff and contributing to the sales desk's success.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in FX, Rates, and Commodities Sales, with a focus on Italian corporates.
- Strong market knowledge and a proven sales track record.
- Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
