As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be instrumental in configuring, developing, and maintaining our ServiceNow platform. - Hold a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or have equivalent experience).
- Have proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with special consideration given to those experienced in Workspaces, Mobile, and UI Builder.
- Possess a solid understanding of ITIL concepts and principles.
- Are proficient in web development technologies, including JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST API.

What you'll be working on:
- Configuration and Customization: Assist in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, including creating custom applications, forms, workflows, and UI enhancements.
- Incident and Problem Management: Collaborate with the Infrastructure and Operations teams to manage and resolve incidents and problems within ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to ITIL best practices.
- Service Catalog Management: Help maintain and improve the service catalog, including creating and updating service offerings, request forms, and associated workflows.
- Custom Application Development and Management: Build and support company-specific functions and workflows.
