Responsibilities
- Develop advanced NLP-based predictive models and signals to drive systematic strategies.
- Analyse diverse, large-scale datasets to uncover statistical insights and opportunities.
- Collaborate with peers to share research methodologies, findings, and workflows.
- Integrate signals and datasets seamlessly into the global execution platform.
- Regularly evaluate and refine model performance and signal efficacy.
- Take ownership of the entire research process, from concept development to live implementation.
Requirements
- An advanced degree in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, or data science.
- Expertise in statistics and familiarity with advanced machine learning, deep learning, transformers, or GenAI methods is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to excel in dynamic environments while maintaining precision and focus.
- Proficiency in programming, with skills in languages like Python, R, Matlab, C++, or C#.
- Experience working with complex datasets over different time horizons is a plus.
- A strong sense of curiosity and creativity, paired with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to connect ideas across various domains.
- Capability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
- Effective communication skills to engage with technologists, researchers, and traders on a global scale.
