Position Overview: The Associate within the Private Credit Secondaries team will play a critical role in supporting the team's efforts to provide customized liquidity solutions to private equity funds, hedge funds, and other investment vehicles. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support investment decisions.
- Assist in the due diligence process, including market research, industry analysis, and evaluation of investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage portfolio investments, including performance tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute investment strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
- Support the team in client interactions and relationship management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similar financial services role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CFA designation or progress towards obtaining it.
- Experience with Private Capital Advisory or secondary market transactions.
