The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing and building the quant technology stack for systematic trading. This role involves developing front-office systems for algorithmic trading, covering data, risk, live trading, post-trade, and infrastructure. The developer will collaborate with traders and quants to roll-out, support, and automate 24/7 trading strategies, integrate with DeFi venues, and onboard real-time on-chain data feeds. The role also includes working on greenfield projects and mentoring junior team members to maintain high-quality coding standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-10 years of professional experience.
- Strong expertise in C++; Python skills are a plus.
- Background in systematic trading/HFT is advantageous.
- Passion for crypto and DeFi.
- High standards in code quality and development practices.
- Knowledge of real-time, robust, scalable, and quantitative applications.
- Ability to architect high-throughput end-to-end systems.
- Strong team-player with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with DevOps, CICD, AWS is advantageous.
