About the Firm:
An established and growing investment firm specializing in real estate private credit is looking for a Fundraiser to lead capital-raising efforts across family offices, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and fund-of-funds. Focused on delivering strong, risk-adjusted returns, the firm has a proven investment strategy-but the real challenge is connecting with the right investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise capital from HNWIs, family offices, and fund-of-funds, primarily in the UK, with opportunities to expand into Switzerland and parts of Europe.
- Leverage existing relationships and build new investor connections to drive commitments.
- Own the entire fundraising process-from introductions and pitches to negotiations and closing.
- Work closely with leadership to refine and execute an effective capital-raising strategy.
- Provide investors with clear, confident insights into the firm's private credit strategy and opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of fundraising experience, preferably within unlisted real estate debt.
- Proven track record-you have successfully raised capital from private clients.
- Deep relationships with family offices, UHNWIs, or private wealth investors-this is more important than product-specific expertise.
