Our client, a $60 billion USD Private Equity firm, is actively seeking a talented individual to join their Hong Kong office as a Private Equity Real Estate Investment Professional. In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating investment opportunities, building financial models, and contributing to the firm's success.
Responsibilities:
Deal Evaluation:
- Construct detailed financial models to assess investment opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research on industries and market trends.
Investment Presentations:
- Prepare investment presentations, memos, and proposals.
- Present key findings to the investment committee.
Portfolio Management:
- Participate in managing the firm's investment portfolio.
- Track investment performance and make informed decisions.
Valuation and Reporting:
- Prepare portfolio valuation materials for external valuation professionals.
- Create reporting presentations for investors.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year in investment banking or private equity.
- Real Estate Sector: Prior experience in real estate is highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling and presentation materials.
- Passion: A genuine interest in real estate investment.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated commitment to high-quality work.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with deal teams and external clients.
