Restructuring Associate
Introduction:
We are looking for a Restructuring Associate to join our client, a leading global investment bank. The successful candidate will be based in Frankfurt, Germany and will work with a team of experts in the field of financial restructuring.
Responsibilities:
As a Restructuring Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to the team in the execution of transactions. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research and analysis of companies in distress
- Developing financial models and performing valuation analysis
- Preparing presentations and reports for clients
- Assisting in the negotiation of debt restructuring
Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Native or Bilingual proficiency in German
