We have a current opportunity for a Senior Actuarial Analyst - Personal Pricing on a permanent basis. The position will be remote, reporting to the Atlanta, GA office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze historical data and identify trends to inform pricing decisions for Personal Lines products.
- Develop and refine actuarial pricing models using advanced statistical techniques.
- Collaborate with the pricing team to create competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
- Monitor the performance of pricing models and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in actuarial pricing.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on technical and analytical tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in actuarial pricing, preferably in Personal Lines insurance.
- ACAS designation or exam progression towards ACAS.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software and programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SAS).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
