Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
* Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and market research.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful deal outcomes.
* Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
* 5-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or corporate finance.
* Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Proficiency in English and Greek is a must.
* Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
