Key Responsibilities:
- Apply expertise in market risks and finance, particularly in Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB), with a focus on behavioral modeling and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize quantitative skills to develop robust methodologies and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive, client-specific strategies.
- Communicate effectively within the team and with clients, conveying complex concepts clearly.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Management Consulting and/or Banking, ideally specializing in Market Risks or Finance.
- Extensive experience in IRRBB within the banking sector, complemented by a strong grasp of regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in Excel and preferably in programming languages like R and Python.
- Embrace autonomy and agility, adapting quickly to new challenges.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, including professional report writing.
- Flexibility for travel as required.
