We are seeking a Medicaid Actuary to join our expanding team. In this role, you will perform analyses of healthcare data, write reports that clearly explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience, manage budgeted projects, and supervise actuarial students.
Role Details:
- Position: Focused on the Medicaid team.
- Background Required:
- Strong experience in behavioral health.
- Actuarial qualifications: FSA (obtained within the last 1-4 years preferred). Pre-FSA candidates may be considered, but they are not the primary target.
- Consulting experience is a plus; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Leadership experience: Candidates should have experience delegating work and leading analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze healthcare data to inform decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports to communicate technical findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Manage and oversee budgeted projects.
