Our client, a leading trading company in the commodities sector is looking for an experienced Senior Physical Trader to join their team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in trading Aluminium or Zinc.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
- Manage physical commodity trades from start to finish
- Analyze market trends and make informed decisions regarding buying/selling strategies
- Work closely with internal teams including operations, risk management, accounting
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience working specifically on physical zinc/aluminium metals trade desk(s) at an international level.
- Proven track record of generating revenue through profitable trades
Skills:
In addition to qualifications mentioned above, candidates must also demonstrate proficiency/knowledge/experience using these skills :
-Zinc / Aluminum metal products knowledge & expertise,
-Physical trading experience
-Network and book of business within the spaces,
