Our firm is currently working with a Middle Market Investment Bank well known for their practice in sell-side M&A. This Investment Bank offers a great balance of culture, work life balance, and compensation. They are looking for both a Senior Investment Banking Analyst and Investment Banking Associate for their growing team. This team is headquartered out of Los Angeles, but works fully remote, with occasional travel.

Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Create financial models and valuations
- Create Power-Point based pitch books and client presentations
- Oversee deal closing logistics
- Minimum 2+ years of experience within Investment Banking
- Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIM's etc.
- Strong accounting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and tight-knit team
