They work with insurance carriers, re insurers, and other stakeholders to optimize operations, improve profitability, and navigate regulatory requirements. Known for their deep industry knowledge and data-driven insights, they offer customized solutions across life, health, and property & casualty insurance markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the statistical reporting team.
- Oversee data collection and analysis for insurance products.
- Develop and maintain reporting systems (SQL, Excel, Access).
- Ensure data accuracy in reports.
- Explain technical info to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate to meet data needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in statistical reporting, ideally within the Workers Compensation sector.
- Significant work history in the insurance industry.
- Proven managerial experience with a track record of leading successful teams.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel, and Access, with the ability to query and manipulate data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Flexible and open to new challenges, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
