We have a current opportunity for a Structured Products Senior Associate. You will be responsible for negotiating and structuring middle market secured lending facilities. This candidate will be acting as primary point of contact for asset backed finance counter parties and will be helping with legal processes associate with debt transactions. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of relevant experience including experience at an investment bank, asset manager or law firm.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of investment banking, asset management, or law firm experience
- Structured Products or ABL/ABS experience
- Bachelor's degree from a top tier University
