An AI-driven insurance firm revolutionising the industry with cutting-edge technology, is seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to ensure seamless operation of their AI applications and cloud infrastructure, additionally providing end-user support and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tier 2 and 3 support for AI applications.
- Maintain cloud infrastructure health and security.
- Troubleshoot issues, collaborate with teams for solutions.
- Develop support documentation and best practices.
- Perform root cause analysis and proactive solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years in application, end-user, and cloud support.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
This role must sit in the firms Chicago office working in a hybrid model of 3 days per week in person. At this time they are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
