A leading firm in high-frequency proprietary trading is actively hiring a Senior Systems Engineer for its Enterprise Technology team in Montreal.
What you'll do:
- Support and maintain all Windows, Linux, virtualization and other infrastructure for the global team.
- Identify and resolve high-level incidents, enhance service quality.
- Analyse, design, and implement solutions to improve the firms systems infrastructure.
- Participate in a rotational on-call scheduled as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 8-10 years of infrastructure experience.
- Proficient in Windows, Linux, and virtualization technologies.
- Strong scripting (PowerShell/Python), networking, and security skills.
- Familiarity with MDM solutions and storage technologies.
This role must sit in the firms Montreal office working in person 4 days per week, 1 day remote.
