My client company is the leading provider in global wealth and succession planning for high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals. They provide insurance and annuities to different and diverse markets globally. Currently, they're looking for a Lead Technical Developer role to fill for their Luxembourg office.
Please note that the salary range for the role is between โฌ70,000 - โฌ100,000 depending on your experience.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications.
- Design and architect scalable and efficient solutions that align with business objectives and technology standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other technically related field.
- Proven experience in a technical lead role, within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
- Hands-on experience with tech stacks: Java, MSSQL, MongoDB, SpringBoot, CI/CD.
- Fluency in English, any other additional languages, especially French is a huge plus.
