Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support to both internal teams and customers,
- Support customer service representatives,
- Establish, maintain, and monitor the performance and security of their Europe's IT infrastructure,
- Oversee and operate the cloud infrastructure,
- Draft and update our information security policy and other IT-related policies,
- Manage regulatory IT compliance reporting to the regulator and conduct IT audits,
- Onboard customers,
- Handle service level agreements with third-party IT service providers.
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field is required.
Experience / Knowledge:
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment is necessary,
- Comprehensive knowledge of the IT landscape,
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure is preferred,
- Prior exposure to Information Security and ICT risk management would be beneficial.
Languages:
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
