Role Summary: As a Turnaround & Restructuring VP, you will work closely with clients across various industries and markets. Your role involves providing extensive financial and operational support during client engagements. You will deliver reports, models, work products, and advice that guide decisions related to client turnaround and restructuring objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in bankruptcy preparation and administration.
- Develop 13-week cash flow forecasts to outline liquidity profiles and cash needs.
- Create dynamic three-statement financial models reflecting the client's historical and potential future performance.
- Support the preparation of corporate strategic plans.
- Assist in implementing approved business plans and strategies.
- Engage with client personnel and management as needed to achieve objectives.
- Provide appraisal of business options and contingency plans.
- Gather, analyze, and organize large data sets.
- Develop quality client deliverables.
- Offer interim support on operating functions as directed.
Qualifications:
- 7-12 years of professional experience in Finance (and T&R).
- Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting (preferred).
- Graduate degree preferred (MBA)
Location: This position is hybrid and must be based in New York City.
Salary: $200,000-$400,000
Travel: as needed
